We just got an ‘Aussiedoodle’ that we were told was friendly. He’s only three months and has already tried lunging at a random man on our walks, growls at my son, who is only five years old, for literally no reason, and is head shy, which makes me think he was abused or neglected. He was heavily matted with dead ticks throughout his hair. He was also very bony and ate three bowls of food his first night with us. I contacted her saying I needed to bring him back with a refund and she wanted to try to mansplain to me how puppies are, rather than agree to take him back. She’s irresponsible and did zero training with the puppies she sold. So just go to a reputable breeder if you’re looking to buy a puppy.
