Hello so i found a stray shy cat about two months ago and she gave birth to 5 kittens recently and I was wondering if someone could foster them because this wasn't supposed to happen. My plan was to take her to spca but they aren't taking any at the moment. Should I call again? Does anyone know of another organization that I could try? Thank you! Also this cat was spray painted red, had ticks, missing fur, closed eye and looked in awful condition when I found her! If she did have any owners they definitely did not treat her right!
