Found ginger cat with 6 toes

I found this cat at my apartment complex. She is very weak. I took her to my home but she is not completely litter trained so I can not hold her for so long. She had a pink collar when I found her. But I think she got lost when she was very young. Because the collar was tightening her neck and she could not catch anything so much to eat due to her collar with bell. I have another cat in my home and my cat trying to attack her so I am keeping the found cat in my bathroom to keep her safe. She is the most friendly cat I have ever seen. But I can not keep her for so long. Please help me to find her a safe home. I called all shelters which are non-kill shelters but all of them full so I can not take her to the shelter. Please reach me, I can give you pet food for her. I really want her to live in better conditions.
