Small loving dog needs her forever home

Hi, I am needing to rehome my dog due to moving and having to go back to work. I rescued her 2 years ago from a horrible situation, I was told she was 4 years old then and a Papillion terrier mix. She is really good with kids ( I have 4) other dogs not sure on cats. She is really loving but she doesn't like being home alone for long. Ideally I'm looking for a home with someone who's going to be around more than I can. Shes potty trained and will come with her food and water bowl. Asking a rehomimg fee of $40. I really need her to go to a amazing home she was family and I won't just let her go to anyone.
