Need helper for small projects

Have a few projects going on and need a helper. 9 to 10 an hour usually paid daily just depends on the job Little bit of block scraping, painting, cleaning of a basement and handyman work Ive tried this before but it keeps getting removed yet i see others have jobs that they are either posting to get or for someone to work on. so why is mine getting removed?
