There is a lady trapping neighbors cats on S Washington St in Everson. If you are in the area and missing a cat, please check the humane society. Not only does she trap these cats to get rid of them but she leaves them for HOURS trapped in the cage in the sun with no water. If you have any further information, if this is your neighbor.
