My name is Sage, I’m 19 and I play guitar and lead vocals in my band 25i-NBOMB (or N-Bomb for short). My friend Hunter plays guitar or bass when we practice, it is interchangeable, he is great at guitar or bass, hence why either a bassist or guitarist would be a fine addition to our act. We use a computer rhythm machine as the percussion for the time being, until we can get a committed drummer. The kind of music we play could be described as punk, confrontational, and nuanced. Acts that inspire us include: Big Black, Eyehategod, Suicide, Stooges, Black Flag, Wipers, Gang of Four, Cabaret Voltaire, Broadcast, Public Image Ltd., Wire, Shellac; and Minutemen. Subjects we find interesting: social and/or economic political theory, drug chemistry, history, culture, zines and obscure punk shit, domestic terrorism, funny videos, funny shit in general, the evolution of man, hunter s thompson and beatnik shit in general. If you smoke weed we’ll smoke you out regularly but if not we won’t be dicks and call you a pussy or whatever. We’re not judgy pricks and we just like to play music, we don’t care what you’re into as long as you can play a few chords, this is a punk band after all. Any one at any skill level is welcome to join.
