8900 S Fairview & SW 89th, OKC Seen black and white border collie. I saw this dog crossing 89th earlier at ~1:30PM today and it has been hiding on the sides of houses since I noticed it again about 30 minutes ago. I do not have control of the animal. It has a collar on and it's curious about me, but very skiddish. Crossposting other places.
