I'm so sorry my dog ran in front of you that day. You got out and apologized over and over and I'm sorry I couldn't face you. I was in shock as I bet you might have also been. Please know I don't blame you. I failed to keep him on his leash because I'd never had him wander off before. It only takes once for a mistake to cost much more than regret.
