I own a small contracting and carpentry business while also being a property caretaker for a large estate in Kerhonkson NY. I'm looking for an employee to help with daily activities such as: Weed whacking, mowing, feeding goats, loading firewood and much more. Position can be part time or full time and can lead to long term employment if interested. I'm a carpenter by trade and have many other carpentry related jobs so carpentry skills is a huge bonus but not necessary. Willing to train the right candidate. Must be hard working and reliable. Great position for anybody who wants to add hours to their work week. Great for a skilled employee who knows how to operate tractors, Z turns and complete larger carpentry tasks but also a great position for a student who wants to learn the trades and how to run a small business.
