Fast growing Screen Business is adding personnel to our Construction Enclosure Division!! Founded by 2 successful, laid back businessmen who’ve partnered to build a special firm where folks are appreciated, respected and want to have fun earning a good living and taking care of our families and community. This is NOT a job, this is a career! We are looking for positive, pro-active, passionate folks!! We are a NO DRAMA SHOP; this is a non-negotiable standard. We live by the Strike 3 Rule giving everyone a chance to make mistakes, since we are all only human. We wear company provided shirts. Personal hygiene is a must. And the ability to communicate effectively with customers is essential. Must have dependable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record, as you will likely drive company supplied vehicles. 1. Installation Manager: 10+ years’ experience installing aluminum screen enclosures with or without composite roofs; enclose lanais, build porches, pool enclosures. Install 2 story projects, bi-fold screen doors, doggie doors You will have Screen Tech I-II under you and eventually will manage all additional crews moving forward. Must be comfortable interacting with our GC, Engineer and all of our 3rd party suppliers. Must understand the Design/build process and be able to help consult/build material lists as needed 2. Screen Tech I-II: 0-7 years’ experience working for screen enclosure companies or with windows/ doors. The ability to understand how to accurately and consistently measure frame sizes is preferred, along with any other craft that you feel will be an asset to our team. If you are good with numbers, take notes, proactively look ahead for what is needed, and a quick learner; then we are willing to train. 3. Estimator/Sales: 2-5 years estimating experience in the construction field.
