. Full Time position with a minimum of 3 years experience required . General Maint. and Handyman work in our office buildings, and high end rental properties . Starting pay is 18.00 hr. / 40 hours, plus overtime pay . We offer full benefits, 401K, Medical, Dental, 4 weeks of PTO (paid time off), Life Insurance, etc. . Must be self-driven, self-motivated, detail oriented, and be able to pass a background check . Candidates must be able to work in the Florida Heat . Must be honest, reliable, and dependable. Some Supervisory experience a plus . A Truck preferably, SUV, or Van is needed to help transport some office supplies when needed . A Gas allowance is provided . Must have a valid Florida Driver's License, and your own personal reliable vehicle . This position requires good physical health, and must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. when needed . Great working environment with our own in house properties to fully maintain as well . Some Lawn Maintenance work involved as well .
