Looking for help with music

Since i can not seem to find band members i am going solo. I am going need a manager and some help starting out. I would also need a song writer i am a singer not that great of a song writer so would need help in that department too. I am trying so hard to live a dream. One i have always wanted to succeed at. Anything that would help me would be helpful. I need stay in Crossville as i have no transportation out of crossville right now i have seizure disorder so i can not really drive.. please help me.. i would grateful for it thank you.
