We are so excited about the upcoming official launch of the Wythe/Bland CarePortal! CarePortal connects the faith community to local children and families in need. Local agency partners like Wythe and Bland County Departments of social services identify children and families who need assistance and give an opportunity for those in the faith community to help! CarePortal is brought to Wythe and Bland County by the SWVA Crossroads Coalition for Orphan and Foster Care in collaboration with Intercept Health and Patrick Henry Family Services.
