About the role: The Field Operations Specialist will aid the sales team by implementing the physical components of the Avo set up for newly signed buildings. What you'll do : Complete site inspections of prospective buildings and liaise with Operations and Delivery personnel prior to new building launches Assemble and deliver shelving units in preparation for new launches Pack and deliver complimentary gifts to target accounts as a means of increasing conversion for the sales team. Maintain the physical inventory of all sales collateral including mailers, shelving, and gift materials in the warehouse as well as the field Ensure that the physical collateral at partner buildings is current and develop relationships with superintendents of partner buildings Skills & Qualifications 2 years of professional experience in customer facing role Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment and ability to adapt to new situations quickly and think on your feet. Experience using digital tools such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint Must be able to deliver orders up to 50 lbs in weight to the appropriate destination within a scheduled time (this may include walking up or down several flights of stairs) Have a smartphone with an active data plan and be at least 21 years old Motor Vehicle Record Requirements: Must have a valid NY, NJ, or CT driver license Ability to prioritize and make decisions independently Ability to navigate a route successfully & independently 3 points or less on a motor vehicle report No suspensions within the past 12 months and no more than 1 suspension in the past 3 years No more than 1 accident in the past three years Cannot have more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
