Hi, me and my brother noticed this cat coming by our house everyday and night for about a month. We looked more into it and found out he doesn't have an owner and is looking for one. Sadly we already have 2 cats and can't provide for 3. We are looking for a loving home for Charlie. We are charging a fee of 20 dollars or willing to negotiate a price. (HE DOES NOT HAVE HIS SHOTS)
