Customer Service Representative POSITION OVERVIEW You are a resource intended to provide the customer and the field with information and support related to open jobs, processes, and services. The purpose of the department is to help ensure response and repair KPIs/SLAs are met and to provide a centralized resource to answer questions, troubleshoot problems and facilitate solutions to known problems within the company guidelines. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Log jobs, assign resources, answer any follow up inquiries, ensure ETAs meet the response times, serve as a means to assist with reducing Vendor spend, and assist to ensure jobs are completed timely. Maintain basic system configuration, enhancements and report trending analysis for improvement needs. We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, and offer a variety of shifts.
