I’m looking for a sweet small breed young dog, or puppy

Hello, I am looking to adopt a puppy, or young dog. I had a Lhasa apso, that died in 2018 from diabetes. I spent nearly 2 years trying to keep him alive. Since then, I’ve been trying to find another sweet dog, but all I get are scammers! My Lhasa apso was given to me by a breeder, when I lived in Georgia. She wanted him to go to a good home which he had. I fed him healthy food, I even cooked him food when he was sick, gave him insulin twice a day. it was very difficult. I still did it, because i loved Him with all my heart. He was my emotional support dog, but I became his support. He went blind after nine months, was incontinent etc so I bought a stroller and diapers! I did all I could for him. I am looking for a puppy or young dog that a dog that needs to go to a, loving caring forever home. I can pay a small adoption fee if necessary? I am in my late 50s, so this will be the last dog I will ever own. I have anxiety and depression, and I rarely go out. I Know if I had a dog, I would have a reason to leave the house every day. I would be a much happier person. I’ve had people try to scam me many times. I am well aware of all the scams, if you’re a scammer don’t even bother! I live on a fixed income. I’ve tried to go to the pound etc. I’ve never been lucky to find a sweet dog. If anyone knows Someone that has dog that needs a home let me know. please forward my details to them.
