Feel welcome to join us bi-weekly as we meet to get in some much needed physical activity. All ages are welcome to join!! Ladies, Did you know that walking at least 30 minutes a day can help you lower your stress, can serve as a tool for chronic disease prevention and can also help with the management of conditions such as Hypertension (High-Blood Pressure), High Cholesterol, and Diabetes. Walking not too fast and not the casual stroll has many health benefits. Meet me and my group of ladies outdoors to embrace the fresh air, engage in meaningful conversations and get a great walk in.
