Join Habitual Roots on a mindful hike, connecting through movement to deepen your relationship with self, community, and mother nature. Greetings fellow adventurers! Join Habitual Roots on a mindful hike, connecting through movement to deepen your relationship with self, community, and mother nature. This one will be at Aderfer Three Sisters Open Space park. For this event I do want to coordinate a carpool from Little Cheeseman at 5 pm. You're welcome to message me through meetup for carpool coordination. For everyone else we will meet at 6pm at the Alderfer Three Sisters Park West Summit trailhead. Map Links will be included below. Flashlight and/ or headlamp with fresh batteries will be required as there will likely be a part of the hike after sunset. There will be meditation so if you feel led to do so, bring a journal and pen. The surface we will do meditation on is rock so you are welcome to pack a cushion. Hello friends, I'm Nate, Like so many of you I have found time in nature to be life giving. It’s a homecoming for us to connect to where we come from. From rafting the Nile to treading the magnificent peaks of the Rockies I have found healing through this ancestral love and want to share that love with a community of fellow explorers. Let’s dance to the pulse of the earth together! These event are based on a “learning by doing” approach, focused on reflective practices and insightful methodologies. Our intent is to reconnect with ourselves and our environment. Throughout the events, a variety of concepts and practices will be brought out and collectively worked on. We aim to create a space where individuals come together to grow into themselves, their environment, and the world.     Our Vision:To see a world habitually driven to be mindfully aware and emotionally intelligent.
