We cordially invite you to the ActivateIT Graduation Celebration & Launch Party with keynote, Plinio Ayala, President of Per Scholas. In the early days of COVID, we launched ActivateIT with our training partner, Per Scholas, and on August 5th from 4pm-7pm, we will graduate our fourth cohort of learners. Join us to celebrate our graduates and the launch of ActivateIT. There will be music from the Martin Gilmore Trio, food from the Kitchen One for One food truck, drinks, and much to celebrate! We have had an inspiring year despite all the challenges of COVID-19. Since our launch in 2020, we have trained and graduated 61 individuals who have earned skills, competencies, and certifications for IT Support and Network Support. 74% of these individuals have already secured jobs in the IT sectorAverage earnings of $21.73 per hour, plus benefitsActivateIT is on track to launch careers for 80% of individuals within 12 months of graduationActivateIT graduates are launching their new careers in IT and tripling their incomesWe are grateful for the support of our donors, employers, and community partners, who have joined the ActivateIT network in the past year.
