Lunch on the Lawn. A day filled with food, fun, drinks, housewares, and best of all....our furry friends! Join The Edward and DBO Home as we welcome The Little Guild and some four-legged potential adoption candidates to our lawn. Chef Paul Pearson will be offering a summery lunch menu. Part of the proceeds will go to the Little Guild and we encourage others to donate as well. MENU: ALL SERVED ON ONE PLATTER East Coast Oysters, tomato granite, fresh horseradish Seared Maine Tuna, soy sesame yuzu dipping sauce Bang Island Mussel Escabeche Mini-Chilled Lobster Roll, green goddess dressing, avocado Smoked White Fish, crackers and radish Dessert Served Separately: Lemon Posset, fresh raspberries Tracey and Brian
