Garden Trellis -Welding @The Foundry - Two Session Workshop Two Part Workshop - Friday, September 10, 6-9pm & Friday September 17, 6-9pm Come join us in the metalshop to make a classic but simple metal trellis structure to support climbing plants in your garden. This class will guide you through steps of bending an arch, cutting metal, and successfully welding basic design elements with the METAL INERT GAS (MIG) welder. Class Cost: $150 (materials included.) Class Size: Min 4/ Max 6 This class needs to meet the minimum enrollment in order to run. Participants will be notified of the status of class the Monday prior to the first session. In case of cancellation, participants can choose another scheduled date if available or request a refund. Ages: 18+    Reminders: Please wear close-toed shoes and non-synthetic work clothes (highly suggested to wear pants, it doesn't feel great to get sparks on your legs!)  A NOTE ABOUT COVID -19 The CDC recommends that individuals who are not fully vaccinated continue to wear a mask and maintain physical distance. This means that vaccinated individuals will be allowed to be unmasked in the building if they so choose. Please be supportive of everyone's right to choose what they are most comfortable with.
