We want to help everyone buy & restore historic houses in Albany, preserving architecture, preventing vacancy, and empowering our residents Historic Albany Foundation, with the support of the City of Albany, and the Albany County Land Bank are once again excited to be putting on the Restoration Faire, helping you to buy and restore historic houses in the city. This year we have grown the program, offering 4 fully hybrid events from the Steam Garden, Albany (279 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12206). As in previous years, this program is free and open to the public. Please sign up via Eventbrite and indicate whether you are attending in person or virtually. The meetings will take place on every month from May-Aug (see dates below) and will feature different expert speakers who will give short presentations followed by Q and As.
