Property location is right around St. Albans. Have a few items on the agenda like: vinyl flooring, sanding/re-coating porch, bathroom tiles, new bathtub, new kitchen counter, paint kitchen cabinets, new walls framed+drywalled in basement, painting, etc. possibly some plumbing and electrical, but this is 100% optional, not required skills to respond to this post. I'm looking for a contractor to either help me out with these tasks or do them by yourself. I have tools or bring your own.
