So my daughter was downtown Portland today and some guy with a phone set up what it looked like offered her a phone upon finding out she was even a minor the jerk still gave her a phone and made Advances about her body, apparently he's a tweaker and didn't much hide the fact of that either what the fuck is this guy up to??! She said he's short looks about 35 years old sunglasses hat backwards super friendly overly friendly maybe, and driving a silver Honda. After attempting to actually have her get in the car and leave the site with him exposed is when all red flags went up she repeatedly told him that probably wasn't a good idea and she couldn't do it and the guy took off with some sort of pipe in his hand blowing out smoke calling her a b****
