Learn some of the foundational skills to making sushi from a professional chef.
Participants will learn about the special ingredients, and how to make sushi rice, California rolls, and hand rolls.
Leave with your creations as well as sushi rice and nori to take home to practice!
For ages 16 and older (attendees 16 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also registered for the class)
