Hi, i've got an alpha trak 2 meter for home testing of a dog or cat's blood glucose levels (FOR DIABETIC pets). My dog was diabetic for one year and I home tested her for 10 months of that time. the meter is almost new, I have extra batteries, there is some control fluid, and although I have no test strips, I can tell you where the best place is to buy them online, believe me. I paid 90-some dollar for the kit on Chewey.....I'm asking....40 OBO for it now. cash and carry. I also have 3 unopened bags of U-40 syringes (30 total/3 bags) 5 bucks for all of them. Dog died a week ago, I have no use for these things but can save you a bundle of money on the usual sticker price. meter was always very accurate...I just went to a vet who did the wrong therapy and she was gone. i've also got a full vial of Vetsulin insulin that was bought on July 1 and I've only used 4 cc's out of it before she died. I'm not sure anyone would want this since they don't know how it was cared for, but if you would like it, you can have it for free.
