Wanting to start a punk band

So I’ve had the itch to play again. I want to start a punk band. Something on the lines of the old punk stuff. Think 70’s thru the 90’s. Ramones, Sex Pistols, The Clash, Social Distortion type thing. Simple, song writer type stuff. I don’t care if we just do covers or do originals, but I just want to play that type of thing again. Been into it all my life, and I feel it’s lacking in this area. Everyone wants a metal band, well damn it, I want to do a punk band! Hit me up if you’re game!
