Join us for an introduction to Kundalini Yoga & Meditation practice!
With a powerful integration of the human physical, mental and spiritual components, this practice taps into deep healing for individuals and the collective.
With a brief introduction, Kim will guide participants through a kriya. Kriyas are a series of postures and movements for a certain effect in the human body.
These can include:
Exercises (asanas) Creating (pranayama) Hand/finger positions (mudras)Spinal alignments/locks (bands) Sacred sounds (mantras) Following the kriya, Kim will hold the group in a guided meditative rest,
followed by a short seated meditation.
There will be a closing Q&A about anything that was shared or experienced.
This kundalini energy lives in each of us and the practice of moving and utilizing the power creates health and balance. There is benefit for everyone, regardless of your age, fitness, occupation, experience or spiritual affiliation.
