Mobility Session with Briana
A little about me & my training approach:
I am NASM, Onnit Academy, and FRC certified, and I teach group classes at Austin Bouldering Project in our fitness sector, as well as on Zoom through my own biz Little B Fit.
The main things that I coach in group format are: circuit classes,
mobility (using FRC/Kinstretch/Onnit Durability principles),
HIIT & Flow (combo of animal flow/yoga with HIIT training),
abs & core training,
and in pre-Covid times but hopefully soon again, women’s weightlifting clinics.
I practice a strong emphasis on bio individuality, inclusivity, listening to your own body, and Health At Every Size.
I am well-versed in bodyweight as well as pretty much whatever equipment you can think of, and this year I was honored to receive a win in the Best Personal Trainer category of Austin Chronicle’s Best of Austin, Reader’s Choice!
