We are seeking an independent, hard-working, positive person with great character to join our team as an Operations Technician. Operations Technicians are very customer facing and are responsible for creating a fantastic customer experience while servicing our luxurious restroom and shower trailers. Roles and Responsibilities: Navigate and drive to locations for rentals. Clean and restock the inside and outside of restroom and shower trailers. Make repairs to trucks and trailers. Interact positively with customers to coordinate and fulfill rentals. Maintain cleanliness of shop. Travel approximately 10 days a month - Depending on need, will include overnights. Committed to excellence and improving constantly. Other duties as assigned. Preferred Talents: Comfortable driving and backing up large trucks (including a manual) with large trailers attached. Knowledge to safely work on, and scale, flatbed truck beds. Problem solve quickly with the tools you have available. Contributes to a team. Ability to obtain CDL. Ability to have a flexible schedule for large and immediate jobs that arise. Enjoy driving and frequently travelling to new locations. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 100 pounds.
