The objective of this role is to act as second in command to the owner, providing coaching & direction to the cleaning teams. This person will have experience leading a crew, resolving customer issues via telephone or in person as well as knowledgeable of safety and professional cleaning procedures. We're looking for a reliable, positive, self-starter who can manage their time effectively. The role requires drive, a high sense of accountability, urgency, dependability and communication skills as. Responsibilities Supervise janitorial and cleaning operations Coordinate cleaning staff Ensure cleanliness standards are adhered to Manage commercial & residential properties Assisting with and assigning cleaning tasks Handling and investigating client complaints Inventory Management Creating schedules Evaluating and Coaching Cleaners. Job requirements Previous leadership experience (desired, not required) Experience working in a mobile service environment Required certifications or training (desired, not required) Experience with specific equipment or chemicals Additional information Company to provide cleaning supplies, equipment and training material.
