We have the very best equipment. 36" Skag V Ride /and 52" Ferris EFI (both riding mowers less than 2 yrs old) Lots of overtime potential. Employees currently averaging 45 to 50 hours PER WEEK. PAY WEEKLY / ALWAYS ON TIME / NO CHECK IN THE HOLE. APPLY TODAY / START TOMORROW Position requirements: * Previous exp. with another lawn MAINTENANCE company & able to edge & float edges proficiently & rapidly when called upon to do so. * Must be a good listener, able to follow instructions, and desire to provide a high standard of lawn maintenance. * Must have a phone and reliable transportation. * Must be timely, dependable, and able to work effectively with another person. * Must be in good shape, aa fast mover, & able to deal with the Texas heat. * Must be professional, courteous, and honest. * Must be neatly groomed, and free of visible neck and face tattoos and piercings. * must be able to communicate well in English. * Must be able to efficiently use lawn equipment 8+hours per day, and be able to work Saturdays, and Sundays, and 40+ hours per week when needed. Time and a half for overtime. Performance based pay increases after every 3 months. Typical days: 16 yards/ avg. 2 yards per hour / 25 minutes per job / 15 minutes on riding mower +8 minutes weed eating + a few minutes blowing. That figures to about 4 hrs per day riding mowers+2 hrs per day weed eating +about 2 hrs per day going from location to location. About 5% of the time a back yard may need push mowed.
