Girls to Pearls Tea & Scholarship Benefit is an annual event established as a fundraiser to assist our Scholars with HBCU Tours. Let the Bonding Continue...A personal invitation for the community of WOMEN: Sistah' Girls, Friends, & Loved Ones. Also, Best Hat contest. Participants will be served covid-sensitive meals. Girls to Pearls Tea & Scholarship Benefit consists of a few hours of fun, fellowship, & an inspirational speaker that will encourage and challenge our young scholars to generate greater hope and to visualize bigger dreams. The event will include an initial edible treat, a boxed lunch (covid-sensitive), dessert, and a vintage fashion show. Young scholars will have an opportunity to develop camaraderie with one another and explore their prospects to attend an HBCU by hearing the testimonies of those who’ve encountered HBCUs in various capacities.
