Would you also like to support, shop and learn more about Northwest Arkansas's Black-Owned Businesses? Are you the owner of a local black-owned business or know someone who is? This event is tailored for you! We welcome all supportive members of Northwest Arkansas's beautiful community to join us for a business convention that is one of a kind. During this event, you can expect a Covid-19 cautious convention-style outdoor set up on the square in downtown Bentonville, Arkansas. Masks and social distancing are encouraged for non-vaccinated guests, who are welcome to go from table to table to learn, engage with and purchase products/services from the participating black-owned businesses. Date: Saturday, August 28, 2021 Location: Downtown Bentonville Square, 102 E Central Avenue, Bentonville, AR 72712 Time: 3 PM - 9 PM All members of the community and public are invited and welcome to attend, no registration required. Vendors slots are limited and subject to approval, registration for vendors WILL CLOSE at 12 AM Friday July 30. Vendor fee is NON-REFUNDABLE unless your business is not approved to be a vendor. Both upon registration and 2 days prior to the event, ALL vendors and their staff as may be prompted and required to complete a verification form to confirm with signature that they have not previously been exposed to anyone exhibiting Covid-19 symptoms in the past 14 days. Any vendor with a cough, sore throat, fever, or shortness of breath will be immediately asked to remove themselves from the venue. ALL age appropriate guests who are not vaccinated are encouraged to wear a mask, socially distance and adhere to State Health Guidelines if they have been exposed to Covid-19, NO EXCEPTIONS.
