A two-hour introduction to the sport of curling with Central Pennsylvania's premier club! Have you ever watched curling on the television and thought, "I would love to give this sport a try!"? Well, now you can! Come out and join the Rail City Curling Club for a Learn to Curl event at Altoona's Galactic Ice! Cost is $30 per person (additional Eventbrite fees not included ) for any interested persons 18 years of age or older. Participants should wear comfortable and warm attire, such as sweatpants, track pants or leggings along with a long sleeved shirt or sweatshirt. NO open-toed shoes are allowed. All participants MUST wear clean athletic shoes. All equipment to participate will be provided.
