Hello! I am in need of a room to rent preferably long term (year or more). Budget between $650 and $750 a month. Looking for a room in Manhattan such as the upper west side or east side, Washington Heights, Harlem, anywhere in Manhattan. I am an artist who sings from time to time but not everyday. Only a few times every month to record a demo on my computer. Non smoker, don't have pets. I am LGBTQ friendly but am straight. I usually tour on the weekends as events are starting to open up. I am also fully vaccinated. I keep to myself but am very friendly and easy to get along with. I pay my rent on time. Would prefer a room with ac already installed that could fit a queen size bed if not already furnished. I don't use the kitchen often as I order my meals by delivery. Also would love it if room had wifi access and cable hook up. Message me with any leads! Looking to move by August. Would consider later if room isn't available until later.
