AUSTIN, TX — Dance enthusiasts can expect an evening of thought-provoking wonder from Ishida Dance's new show "Faraway, So Close" in August in Austin.
The Austin dance company will perform two shows at 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13 and Sunday, Aug. 14 at the Dell Fine Arts Center at St. Andrew's Episcopal School at 5901 Southwest Parkway, officials said.

The show is choreographed by ISHIDA Artistic Director Brett Ishida, a new work by former Batsheva dancer and USC Professor Bret Easterling, Australian native Danielle Rowe and European award-winning choreographer Kristian Lever.
Tickets, which start at $25, will go on sale Monday. To purchase tickets, visit the dance company's website.
