TEMECULA, CA — A person was hospitalized after their vehicle collided with a tree in Temecula on Friday evening, officials said. The collision was reported at 7:43 p.m. on the 30000 block of Pauba Road, where the vehicle struck a tree, trapping the person inside, officials from Cal Fire and the Riverside County Fire Department said. The person was taken by ground ambulance to an area hospital. No other information was immediately available. —City News Service
