We have family owned small day care center- a Montessori preschool.
We have been operating it for over 22 years.
We have a need for a part time helper who can assist in the office for which there may be a possibility of working from home after initial training. The main tasks to be undertaken include:
1. Attending to email inquiries from current parents and prospective parents.
2. Maintaining children's data on an app we use for child care management, if and when changes happen.
3. Using the app, keep track of the expiring annual physicals of children.
4. Upload pictures to Facebook, Google and the school app.
5. When needed print school enrollment brochures for handing out to prospective parents.
This is a year round position. If interested, please send your resume indicating your experience working with computers and your salary requirement. Since this is an unconventional arrangement, we will expect it to be an hourly arrangement.
