looking for any info regarding the whereabouts of a ‼️RED & WHITE HONDA METROPOLITAN SCOOTER‼️ that was parked on lake st. near the driveway to the cliffside terrace apartments across from IHS. somebody took it from the side of the road sometime between JULY 9 and JULY 10. presumably stolen for parts as the owner has the only key. it is covered in stickers, has a basket attached to the back, and white tape below the seat. (see pictures) it belongs to a disabled, currently unemployed, currently homeless person. this is their only reliable means of transport, and critical in helping them get to appointments and finding a job and housing. if you have any leads, please contact me through my email or my #.
