Looking for help 1 or 2 short days in my house tearing down some old drywall and general help around house cleaning up and some outside work. BEfore teh PLANDEMIC hit, I would do some tile, painting and stuff like that. Would like to get into hardwood refinish. I can teach them how to do this kind of work. and after the plandemic ends, I might get back into it soon, and could use a good helper or 2 for part time work. I need someone who is humble, wont have to work their ass off like a mule, I dont drive people. As long as they are steady, come in with a good attitude, a good worker always has time to take short breaks. So if someone works consistant for 50 minutes, then needs to take 10 minute break for water, or phone call, its all good I just cant have an alcoholic, addict, someone who is bossy or a story teller, and esepcailly not a racist. I dont want to work with someone who is using the "N" word, or has problems with other people because of nationality I have a guy who helps me, but if i dont get him here by 10 oclock he is drinking. I cant have that. too much in life needs to get done and I dont have time or patience for the drama of addicts sorry. I am very understanding of peoples problems, I dont fire someone if they call in sick. BUt, to help someone get better, they need structure in their life. If someone seriously wants to try to escape their addictions or problems, im willing to help them do so. even though they might just be playing games. IM not good with bossy people though, because I am not bossy. I can teach people skills that can get them on their feet. So for someone who is young and wants to learn skills, or someone who is older who has bills to pay, this would be a good situation for both sides as I would need a good helper to get work done in a timely manner, Just come in with a good attitude and the day will be easy. a few hours is an easy day the work on my house I need done right now, the other work will be around september or so when the plandemic ends. my house is in eastpointe 10 mile and HAyes. must leave as much information about yourself as you can, what kind of person you are, what kind of worker, age, etc. Since I would usually get 20 or more responses if I listed an ad for a helper. $12 to $15 an hour. 12 to start, but to a good worker, i evaluate if they are worth more at the end of the say. BUt, I dont push people to work their butt off, and to help on my house is about 12 an hour.
