Wolfy is a sweet boy. He is about medium energy, not high strung like a race dog. He knows basic commands and thrives on affection. Rehoming for small fee with a neuter contract. He would do best in a home with older children. He is sociable with other dogs and would tend to be on the dominant side so he wouldnt do well if he was challenged by another dog. But he is more than happy to be the boss dog of his pack and he is a fair boss as well. He gets along with puppies and enjoys having a dog companion. He will follow your every step and want to be by your side 24/7/ he enjoys hunting hare and marking his territory. He is good around guns and loves goinf squirrel hunting and attempts to retrieve ducks when Ive hunted in the past. He will be 2 this fall. He is a good bush dog and has a good, proven nose for bear detection so hes good to have to protect the homestead. He has a great recall and will come by name or by whistle. Good dog that pulls,but doesnt like heavy loads. He has done some canicross with me and is beginning to understand gee,haw. He is just a good all around dog that wants to be with you all the time. If you are serious about adopting him, i will bring him to town with me on a trip 7/12 and ill be around for about a week before returning to the homestead with him.
