Description
ATTN ALL FOSTER CARERS:
I am willing to provide free haircuts to all foster kids as well as foster agencies and affiliated adults and groups of people or organizations involved on a monthly or weekly recurring basis.
Weather that means pulling up to the foster parent’s house on a weekly or so basis consistently or …
more so when they need the haircut (on demand) or perhaps it is an adoption or foster agency/facility and it is more structured in a more organized and set scheduled basis.
Now, of course I will not charge any agencies or foster parents for the cut but perhaps I could hash this out with the state. Now I know a haircut is non-essential or added perk, but perhaps I have a few good arguments I could mention to her this enacted into ordinance.
My website is below and expanding my barbershop in west allis to now on demand and contracted mobile haircuts with for-profit businesses!

Please let me know and how I can help.
I am looking to implement this into unemployment laborers, seniors, parolees, even honto prisons.
And who is someone I can speak to, to persuade a haircut to be an essential item.
Thanks 🙏🏻
