Wanted: young dog

I am looking for a well mannered, socialized (with other dogs, cats, and hopefully other animals) and fixed young dog around 8-10 months old. Would like one between 20 and 50 lbs for a play companion for our Basset hound puppy. We DO NOT want to breed so we would like your dog to be fixed and potty trained. Must be friendly toward other dogs/puppies. Will have a very large, fenced yard to play in (with a doggie pool) and and air conditioning in the house. Lots of love and regular check ups with the vet including flee and heartworm treatment. Vet and other references available. Would preferr a Baset hound or mis of basset and beagle.
