Found Male Pittbull

FOUND lost male Pittbull (I think). Not chipped, black collar with a dark grey snap with no tags. Healthy and well fed, quite friendly, and was not a fan of the rain storm he was outside in. He seems like someone who will be missed. Fulton County Animal Services came and picked him. He was on Cascade Rd near the Life Storage facility.
