*STOP* Before you read further, please know... I am expecting to pay rent and/or a fee for the area or space I am describing below. This is NOT a request to crash on your couch and eat all of the food in your fridge while I fantasize about Hollywood stardom. I'm an established individual, 42 and married, with my own home and business; I just need a temp space. :-) ------------ I'm a practicing musician - looking for a temporary place/space where I can create, jam, record, and keep my instruments and recording equipment. I'm in the process of building my own professional studio, and I'm about 3-6 months from completion. All of my gear is currently in storage and so are my talents. Hence, the need for the jam space. There are just three small but super important things I'm looking for in a place/space... 1) A climate-controlled environment (a/c for my gear) 2) A location that I can add a renters insurance policy to, to protect my gear (possibly an add-on to my own policy) 3) A location that I can access and play into the late evening and early morning hours (I typically jam alone, nothing too loud or extreme) I live in Gilbert (Higley & Guadalupe) and hope to find something in the east valley.
