Lead solo hard rock/metal guitarist in search for 80s/90s cover band to join or form. Looking to extend my professional hobby as a mainstream rock guitarist with some cool likeminded cool folks that want to rock San Diego county. Rock bands in no particular order: Black Sabbath, Rush, Thin Lizzy, ACDC, Bad Company, Deep Purple, ZZ Top, Journey, 38 Special, STP, Sound Garden, Jimi Hendrix, Robin Trower, UFO, Scorpions, MSG - Michael Schenker Group, Van Halen... Rock guitarists in no particular order: Alex Lifeson, Tony Iommi, Randy Rhoads, Zakk Wylde, Ritchie Blackmore, Neal Schon, Eddie Van Halen, Jimmy Page, Brian May, Jimi Hendrix, George Lynch, Robin Trower, Steve Howe, Glenn Tipton, Gary Moore, Doug Aldrich... Private rehearsal prep-time "is key" to our group's collective success such that group rehearsals should take in average of 4 meetings per month and one dress rehearsal the day or night preceding a live gig or show.
