Hello, my name is Alexa Gutierrez Gandara, I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor looking to offer my services to the community. I believe that yoga is very important for the mind, body and soul, when we practice yoga we are giving ourselves a chance to get out of the mind and into the body, finishing our class with a sense of inner calmness. I offer personalized private, group, couple, and beach yoga classes, I also offer 30 and 60 minute breath work and guided meditation sessions. I am located in east Chula Vista but I am willing to travel to more north or east San Diego if needed, classes are offered at parks, beaches, and I am open to house calls as well.
